India Kids Fashion Show [IKFS] — Fraud by making false commitments : refund pending

I registered for a fashion show for my kid in india kids fashion week on 3 feb 2020. (delhi city)
at the time of registration, their representatives told that there is only one-time registration, and if your kid is selected, she will be hired in tv shows, brand promotion, and advertisements.
In case you are not selected or are absent from the auditions, you will get a full refund.

But because of covid, i decided not to continue and ask for a refund. They replied that it will be done after the auditions. I never got a call or message regarding the audition dates in my city. When i called again for a refund, nobody picks the phone and don't respond on whatsapp.
Someone else picks phone and says that we don't have a refund policy and completely refused to give a refund and says that send your kid's photo, she will be selected and asks for further fees in case we have to go ahead with the finale. While it was told earlier that it is one time fee.
They further send messages with some other name and number claiming that if you pay 2500 you will be hired directly in brand promotions.

So they are trying to loot the money from common peoples by any means.

I would request you to ask them to refund the amount i have paid (rs 2536)
