India Kids Fashion Show [IKFS] — Money fraud by india kids fashion week, refund not given as promised on email

I have faced extreme harassment by this fraud company India Kids Fashion Week. I had registered my child's name ( Angel Srivastava, Kolkata) for their auditions. On 14th September 2022, I received a text from them that my child had been selected for the final round. They told me that the designer would soon call me and take my child's measurements, and also assured me that I had the liberty to choose the dress my child would wear. I repeatedly asked them are you sure? And went ahead with the final payment of Rs 9059 only on this particular condition that my child would wear the dress of my choice. They gave me all kinds of assurance and promises, and were very prompt in communicating with me, until I made the payment that is. They stopped answering my calls or replying to my messages once the payment was made. I waited and waited but no one called me to take my child's measurements. I got fed up and realized all their claims and promises were fake. On the 17th of September 2022, I called them and demanded a refund. Right after that, I got a mail from their OFFICIAL EMAIL ID that my money Rs 9059 would be refunded by next day. I still haven't received my refund. They stopped receiving my calls altogether. I have tried having a conversation with them multiple times on Whatsapp, but everytime they'd say the same thing that I'd get my refund soon. I have all proofs and screenshots to show how badly their team has harassed me. Please help. It is my hard-earned money and I badly want it back. My child could not attend the event because of their fault, and they are not even giving my refund! I have tried to contact them everywhere ― on all their social media platforms as well. They just view my messages and dont reply. This is the height of fraud and harassment!
