India Kids Fashion Show [IKFS] — No response after payment

I have made payment of Rs. 6, 000/- on 23-Dec-2023 for the enrolment of my daughters for the fashion show. I live in Ahmedabad, Gujarat and the show at the end of December got cancelled as informed by your sales executive and he confirmed that he will provide the new schedules and details at earliest.

However, thereafter he stopped accepting our calls and we don't have any contact other than his. Request you to kindly provide the resolution for the same.
