Hi team, this is baba nagarajan, my brothers wife bought a dress from India rush.com and the payment is also done. But the product quality was not good and sent back to the company on the registered address but the company did not refund the money back yet. Could you please investigate on the issue as I have all the audit proof ofwhat ever email sent and the response from company.they say the amount has been refunded but still the amount is not credited to my brother account.
