On 30th November I placed a request to return the red lehnga, order no.[protected], worth nearly Rs.[protected]. Till now I have not got my refund. I have even returned the product via post. They are asking to send the account details from the indiarush id "[protected]@gmail.com". I'm unable to access it as I think they have changed the password. Strangely, once I called the consumer service and one of there care executive verbally told me my password!
After rings of email and they phone calls (which they don't receive), I'm requesting you for refund.
