[Resolved]  IndiaBulls — Even after several emails and calls payment link NOT being sent & I am blocked from dhani app. Call me immediately to resolve this

After my Seventh (7th) email requesting for the payment link for ₹1651 I am escalating this complaint here.

I have called at least 15-20 times on your helpline numbers & dropped 7 emails asking to send me a payment link to clear off the ₹1651 of subscription charge that you have levied on my Dhani account on the month of April 2022 even though dhani has closed my One freedom account arbitrarily.

I have paid all the future dues on my account in advance, What I supposed to pay in June had become outstanding in April, which I paid in full, then you charged a ₹1651 subscription fee which once again I am willing to pay and get the NOC / NDC for the One Freedom account from dhani but you guys are just not sending me the payment link even after multiple calls & emails requesting the same !!!

I will NOT pay any further fees or charges if added due to this severe delay in your part sending the payment link to pay the final outstanding of ₹1651 which was charged for the subscription of April 2022, even though you CLOSED my One Freedom account, the starting of April 2022.

I have made the advance payments in FULL towards the credit line I had used even thought I was not suppose to put that till June 2022, just so make sure NO negative & wrongful late payment report is sent to CIBIL, EXPERIAN CRIF OR EQUIFAX. So make sure NO NEGETIVE DATA or NO LATE PAYMENT IS REPORTED to the credit bureaus / CIC for this lapse from your side.

PLEASE send the payment link of ₹1651 & send NDC / NOC of my One Freedom account, which Dhani has already closed permanently. No more subscription fees are payable after April as credit line is already closed by the Dhani team & I will also NOT pay any since I have not used your credit line or any of the services as you closed my One Freedom credit account.

I have PAID in FULL the dues towards the credit line I used that too in advance. This was payable in 3 months but you blocked the account & asked me to pay the entire dues together, arbitrarily & I paid this as well, that too 2 months before the due date, but then you charged another ₹1651 as subscription fee for which you neither sending me the link after multiple request NOR can I pay via dhani app as you blocked me there.

So send me the final payment link of ₹1651 which you have charged towards the subscription for March-April 2022. Once I paid this, please send the NOC / NDC for the one freedom account.

I do not want any further trouble with you guys also I do NOT want to further escalate this issue outside Dhani. Hence I am requesting for the final payment link of ₹1651 which is ‘dues now’ in dhani app.

So send me the payment link for the entire amount of ₹1651 not anything less. I just want to pay this & be over and done.

IF DHANI IS INTENTIONALLY NOT SENDING THE PAYMENT LINK OF ₹1651 AFTER BLOCKING ME IN DHANI APP JUST TO ADD ANOTHER SUBSCRIPTION, FEES, CHARGES OR REPORT ANY NEGATIVE DATA IN CIBIL, EXPERIAN, CRIF OR EQUIFAX CREDIT BUREAUS, I WILL ESCALATE THIS COMPLAINT FURTHER TO RBI.

I DO NOT WANT TO COMPLAINT TO RBI CMS, BUT IT SEEMS YOU ARE UNNECESSARILY DRAGGING THIS EVEN AFTER ACCOUNT CLOSURE TO CHARGE ME MORE FEES.
