I have already settled my loans a considerable time ago, yet Dhani is deducting INR 100 every month and the loan is still showing as active on my CIBIL report. This is unacceptable as it is severely affecting my CIBIL score. Despite reaching out to customer support at Dhani, I have not received prompt assistance. I have attached a screenshot as evidence that the principal amount is zero, and I am requesting that Dhani (IndiaBulls) cancel all my subscriptions and remove any loan information from my CIBIL report. Furthermore, the app should display that there are no outstanding loans. It is highly concerning that they continue to deduct funds without prior notice.
