IndiaBulls — Indiabulls stocks account closure | |||||
Indiabulls is penalizing me for a few scrips remaining in my account of a company that is no longer existing. They are repeatedly saying that I have to transfer those shares onto another account which I don't have idea of. Since this company named bluebird India has closed down, they should do whatever is feasible in back end and, take my authorization which I have sent multiple times via form-filling and, couriering. They keep rejecting my request for Account Closure. I have been corresponding with Help [protected]@Dhani.com which is their customer service email ID. This has reached an untenable situation. I have cc ed several key executives in their customer service hierarchy. But, they do not reply. I have reached out to some gentleman named Ankit Banga, another key executive in the role of "[protected]@indiabulls.com. But, to no avail. How to make Help [protected]@Dhani.com accountable to manage the required actions with their back office teams and, help me? Thanks in advance.
