IndiaBulls — Regarding NOC and TOTAL CLOSURE of Dhani ONE FREEDOM CARD ACCOUNT

My name is Vaibhav Mishra I was using DHANI ONE FREEDOM CARD SERVICE by [protected] no...I have called customer care and also emailed to your customer support email id regarding Closure of my DHANI ACCOUNT(after making all the due payments) cross checked my calling customer care again they said it's closed but is still showing in my CIBIL SCORE AND IS HURTING IT VERY BADLY. I am attaching screenshot of my DHANI loan account with this complain kindly solve my issue because it's very old issue it's almost August now I think it takes 90 days to settle but that surely not the case because it's still showing in my CIBIL REPORT.
