From past two months i am struggling with india filings to register my company and each time with some excuse, it charges me extra. Company not yet registered yet. It seems to be fraudulent activity carried by indiafilings the way i am seeing other compalaining about it. I am putting this on social media as well. They ate my head completely. First they said, suggested name did not approved, pay 2000 more and get the name new name registered, then they said, it has come for resubmission and last date of submission is 19th jan and the person kept on delaying delaying to let date of 19 cross and sending mail as application rejected. Now they are asking 5k as penalty which on shouting reduced to 3.5k. Its complete cheating going on. Was this information helpful? |
