Indiafilings — Poor Refund process

Refund of Annual IT returns is not credited after 40 days of Refund processed.
No response through email or sms or any refund tracking link is available or sent.
Poor co-ordination and worst client service.
We need to chase them for our own hard earned money.
Hope to get the refund and I will opt for a local CA than going with this company.
