I wanted to registered my Trademark name as Bora Bora which I have been told was available for registration under class 25 by your executive Karthikeyan .
I paid 8000 for that ... later on I got an email by indiafillings saying that trademark has already been registered by someone and asking more money from me ...
I spoke to some advisor Rajesh. He didn’t help at all.. He said me it’s not my mistake then why I have been penalised for that
-Why Karthikeyan Registered the name I told if it was already registered?
He clearly said over the phone that it will be done...
he should have checked that Bora Bora is already registered..
And Nobody educated me for confirming the name from the business advisor.
Rajesh said u just need to pay the money first then one executive would be assisting you...
