Indian Army — Delivery not taken from Indian Army

Dear Indian Army, . Have seen a post of selling second hand AC by an officer Mr Indrajeet Shakya(as said by him) in FB. I was interested so wanted to buy the product from him so have given him order with 450 delivery charge till Guwahati and rest AC amount to be paid at the time of delivery but now after reaching Guwahati they asked me to pay security deposit of Rs 5500 before delivery which i rejected to pay and for this they are saying that now they will file complain against me that i have wasted the time of Indian Army ...but this was also not informed to me that i have to pay before delivery so how can I trust an unknown person...they behaved very rudely with me Mr Indrajeet Shakya and the army delivery boy Mr Parveen Kumar.
