Indian Army — I got scammed in olx ad

Hi,
I have received ad in olx for household items from army personal so we enquired and he said for delivery he asked us for 18500, and advance 15000, he also sent army I'd card photo and then asking for GPS tracking amount, which raise a suspicious, hence raising a complaint please help us.
