Indian Army — I have seen a fridge on olx and ask to buy and they make me transfer 14000rs and didnt even give fridge or any money back!

Firstly they ask to give 1500rs for billing and then charge 3500+3500 again and then after that ask for some kind of dtc charge 5500 and then again was asking for 6500rs and said that all this money will be returned after delivery but at last I didn’t pay that hence nothing was returned nor given! He state that he was a army man but i guess he was not.
