Indian Army — issue of separate csd smart card in place of combined card held earlier

Dear sir,
I have applied for separate smart csd cards in place of combined card held by me. Although its more than a month now, i have not received the card and face difficulty in availing csd facility.
Please let me know, when i could receive the card.
