I am Ashish kumar from Bihar. I am gatting problem in filling the form of education hawaldar 2016. Indian army link is too slow so i am facing many problems to fill it. I filled the form ten times but lastly it failed and givan an error. I really need to fill tha form otherwise the date of submission of tha form will close.
