Indian Army — Scam by an alleged Indian army parcel department member

Hi,
I saw an Ad on facebook for sale of a LED. On contacting the person he said that he works for indian army and shared his Army ID, Aadhar Card and Pan card. This built my turst and i proceeded with the transaction. Later in the name of net banking transaction issue i was told to pay a total of rs 16, 000. I was assured time and again that on deilvery of parcel 8900rs will be paid to me in cash.
Worst part is that this person named Sandeep rawat - (fraud) the very next day abused verbally and made very indecent comment which also accounts for sexual harrassment. I was in shock the person who assured us one day can turn so ugly next day. This has disturbed me alot and i dont want this to happen to anybody.

Please i request you to look into this and help me on how to get refund and report this person offcially. I am attaching the images of his ID cards that are shared with me.
