In correction to my previous email. In a gist. All are COVID 19-period payments.

March 2020 - 19 lakhs paid and EMI updated till May 2020. - Eligible for moratorium 1 - Release of Madhavaram document for sale after Ambathur MOD in May 2020. The document was released in June 2020 and registered on sale.

March 2021 - 24 lakhs 62000 paid - Eligible for moratorium 2 - Madurai document released in April and Registered on 30th April towards a sale. EMIs honored till April 30th, 2021 - Hence eligible for one year moratorium up to April 30th, 2022.

NPA falls on July 31st, 2022. Possession after 60 days on September 30th and extension may be requested up to October 30th, 2022. Payment of NPA interest accrued may be by Oct. 30th (extension of 2 more months for Outstanding balance repayment up to Dec 2022). It May be reversed if corona 19 extension guidelines from RBI are released (already released for MSME loans). What is your hurry now?

Dates of NPA and possession were inaccurately calculated. May incur punishment from higher authorities if insisted.

Also, Sarfaesi and auction posters were posted in different areas of Kodungayur with different versions. Cheated my young children that we are just doing a formality. Torturing young minds. Eligible for life-threatening punishment. Preventing me from fixing buyers both directly and through posters throughout Kodungayur which my children are unaware of (proof available). Your personal gimmicks, not bank rules.

Sarfaesi papers were not signed by me. I own 100% of Kannadasan Nagar property and 50% plus 1/3rd of 50% of Thirumullaivoyal property. I have not given legal heirship to my children for my loans or for my property. My lawyer will arrest and jail you for illegally posting on the walls of Kodugayur, that too different versions of auction/possession formats and hindering my house sale activities through top real estate agents and lawyers in Chennai. All of them have given me written complaints about you. Only on their request, I am in Chennai now.

Here very politely messaging by Whatsapp, Mam have you found a buyer, good mam you have found a buyer? What is this Sangeetha mam? Are you an educated person? Do you think I am country folk? Fool of the first water.?

I have been banking with Indian banks since 2000 and collaborated with so many CMs and GMs. Nobody as cheap as you. Only you need one crore interest from me. Now, you want bribes from auction takers?

If you do not withdraw these Sarfaesi papers from Kodungayur street walls, cancel the Sarfaesi and ratify to me by email and not release the educational loan for S. Heramba Vigneshwar with punishment from me waiving payment of the marginal amount, I will arrest and jail you with a lawyer mysel[censored]nder consent with your higher authorities.

I am in Chennai now and your gimmicks are not a threat to me. My education and knowledge about bankers, their empathy and compassion from Indian bank since 2000, will surpass your criminal thinking and put you under bars.

Don't play with educated straightforward people. You will become nowhere.

You were a significant reason for my husband's stroke and death by mental torture. I will not leave this issue just like that. I will fight a battle if you don't take back or legally reverse your illegal possession notice and send intimation by email with permission from your higher authorities after an explanation of your illegal activities.

If you really care for education, release my son's educational loan which I have been requesting since March 2022 when my account was not in NPA. I cannot pay margin money now and as compensation arrange to waive it by your higher officials after giving an explanation to them and revert to my email after reporting your illegal activities.

I have made complaints in the Consumer complaints forum and you will be answerable to them for your illegal activities.

It will not be long to email to your MD, but on compassionate and empathetic grounds I am leaving this issue with the corporate office complaint cell.
