Indian Escort Service — Not refunding deposits amount

I'm Aniket form mumbai I got a number from Google which is indian escort service. I sent messages on that number, he told me 3 thousand for call girl including hotel but first pay advanced booking 700 and after reach to the hotel then pay remaining amounts. I said ohk and

I paid 700 as a advanced and then I reached at hotel location and then paid all remaining amount means 2300 rs.

After he said you need to pay deposite 12k it will be refunding after meeting ended. that amount also I paid and then

Then he said now you will need pay 5000 for entry ID and getting room number an its also refundable.

I said cancel now I don't have money you will cancel the meeting and give my deposite

My complaint is : he don't give my deposite amount 12k till now its refunded and even meeting is not done.
