[Resolved] Indian Health Organisation — complaint against IHO for fraud

I availed the policy (Freedom Plan Family New-1yrs) paid 2950/-(0n 13th jan 14) on 19th Jan as advised by IHO associated(Mr. Manoj Banerjee and Raju--(+[protected]. Manoj was followed –up from a week to sell the plan to me. They gave me all details regarding the plan I got convinced and tool the plan) and they insisted me to buy this policy, after the payment I got a welcome call from their company in which product is totally different then what I have been informed by these guys. But these guys conveyed me that the IHO helpdesk is a third party so they don’t know about the benefits of this plan. After availed the policy, I didn’t get any benefits and immediately I called IHO helpdesk(ms. Babita Chakervety) on 19thjan and also sent mail to ServiceIHO [protected]@ihomail.com to cancel this policy and ask to revert my full amount(2950/-) but till date I didn’t get any response from IHO for reversal. I have called around 7-8 times to IHO helpdesk, but every time they said they will revert back with in 7days also when I asked for followed the Escalation matrix they didn’t have any answer. I got some calls after escalation where they are ready to revert only 50% amount or they offered me to revert 1000/- with continue the policy.
I want to revert full amount 2950/-, if they don’t revert my amount will take serious legal action.
