Indian Health Organisation — Documents not yet received both Soft and Hard copies

We have taken Policy, but not yet received Soft copy to my email till today and I already gave complaint, but still no response. When can I expect the Soft and Hard copies of my policy and should I get it or not. If Hard copy is already posted then, please provide the Courier tracking number with details.
