Indian Overseas Bank — about account transfer process at indian overseas bank | |||
I am the one of the customers of indian overseas bank chingleput branch (0362). I had written a letter on 01/10/2019 about to transfer my account from chingleput branch (0362) Ifsc code : ioba0000362 to new perungalattur branch (0412) Ifsc code:ioba0000412. They took my passbook also. From till date (15/10/2019) i didn't get any sms or mail about transfer of my account. I gave 3 more complaints in customer service, regional office and chengalpattu branch. No one respond to my complaint, it is going for 3days, every day i called to customer care and they will give customer service of different numbers and regional office numbers but, here action not performed by the chengalpattu branch. It is very serious matter for me and i am suffering to do credit and debit transactions of this issue. Was this information helpful? | |||
