Indian Overseas Bank — about server and worst staff

Am a ragul from tamil nadu, pudukkottai, keeranur..,, in there iob bank its always people rate wrost server and wrost staff, i complaintany of 10 more times but they can't repose,, i had a google pay, and phonepee in there i can't send money to anyone because the bank server is always out, but the money is debited from my account, but still return yet, it is 3rd time my money gone, then how i hope iob bank, am doing a bissness, am trying 50 more times but just 10 times only send the money,, so please give me perfect solution

Sir i have bank account in iob peter's road branch at chennai.today evening I withdraw rs 10000 from Canara bank atm at melpattampkkam but I got only 4000 rupees.so what can i do
