I have a refund of 229/-Rs issued from amazon on 18th Feb 2022.
The Refund Reference number from amazon is[protected].
I recieved a message from IOB server that the refund will be initiated in 10 business days.
The refund was not credited on 01st mar 2022, so I contacted IOB customer support and raised an issue.
They issued a ticket reference no [protected].
The ticket no is[protected].
I contacted on 9th mar 2022, customer support informed there is no concern raised and the ticket number is invalid.
And disconnected the call, Again I contacted IOB customer support, they are answering that it's just the customer support department which only registers complaints and the issue will be sorted automatically.
Till now that is 23rd of March 2022, the issue is not rectified.i don't know weather the ticket no is valid.
I don't know whom to contact anymore.
Plz help me with this issue.
