Indian Overseas Bank — Amount deducted from bank but not received

Address:Gaur college branch ROHTAK (HARYANA)

Sir i am a account holder in ur bank recently i made a transaction in SBI ATM of 500 rs but it got error. After that the amount has been deducted but i had not recieved.
The date was 15feb 2022 and now it is 21 feb no solution was made i had raised a complain also and they give me a complain id or no. Which is not useful in finding out complaint status.
Plz help me out i am very tensed bout my money i would be very thanful to u
