[Resolved] Indian Overseas Bank — Amount Not taken Through other atm, but showing withdrawn Rs.2,000 | |

As I am having savings account vide A/c. No.[protected] in my name V. Krishnan, in Indian Oversean Bank, Villivakkam Branch, Chennai, I tried to withdraw Rs.2, 000/- on 4.7.2014 through Canara Bank ATM, SIDCO Nagar, Villivakkam, Chennai-600 049. But I did not get the amount Rs.2, 000/-. Instead the amount was shown withdrawn, without taking the amount through atm. I complained to my home branch and I was asked to give complaint to Canara Bank, Villivakkam Branch and I did the same. But I was informed to go to Indian Overseas Bank, Villivakkam branch by the Canara Bank Officials. I feel regretted to say that being a senior citizen, I was not able to get the above mentioned amount for a month, which has put me in unnecessary torture and mental agony. If action is not taken for the above complaint, necessary legal action will be taken against the bank. This is for your kind perusal and immediate action.
