on 11/1/2016 i have deposited rs.7000 in kumaran kundram-chrompet iob branch to rk nagar iob branch to mr.ranjtih's account

i have approched iob customer care, iob regional office chennai and as well as kancheepuram..till now i dont have any reply from your bank side..
concern iob kumaran kundram manager not pick the phone for past two days.
what i will do as im out of chennai...please take immediate action
