[Resolved] Indian Overseas Bank — Arrogant behaviour towards customer | |||
I am having an account in Indian Overseas Bank, C-4 Janak Puri, New Delhi. I went to submit the application regardind the issuing of new ATM card and forgot to sign the application and the response i got from Mr. Deepak Dhall was very arrogant and annoying. His words were " mai karungaa sign, pooja utaaru teri". Its not the way to deal with the customers. Its being 2years that i am operating my account in this bank and never had such a bad experience which i faced today, i request to the higher authority to look into the matter n take appropriate action towards him so that any other customer should not face this problem in future.
