Indian Overseas Bank — atm amount not received

Dear sir, today 10-april I try to withdraw 5000 rupees in tirupur pandiyan nagar branch atm using my Axis bank debit card. While processing the machine was shutdown unexpectedly. Amount not received. But amount debited my Axis bank account. Msg received. Please do needful.
