Indian Overseas Bank — ATM money Rs 4000. deducted from my account

I am having my account in IOB bank Mathura UP. My account no. is [protected]. I used my ATM at YES bank When money was withdrawn at that light has gone and my money rs 4000 deducted from my account but i did not receive. Kindly return back my money in my account.
