Indian Overseas Bank — Atm transaction failed amount debited but not refund

Sir, I have used iob atm card through sbi atm onb12th may to withdraw money 10000. But suddenly transaction was failed but amount debited from account and still not refund my account since 15th days. So please consider this issue on serious basis. Many time I contact yo home branch and also complaint on iob customer care. Bit I am not getting any positive response from there. Please do the needful action on that.

How much will you take to solve this issue?
It's too much time to taking. I have already a more complaint registered on iob websites still it's not solved after also 15th days later. Complaint no.[protected].
What is tha status of this it's not updated and also not refund my amount.
