I am an account holder ([protected]) at your branch gachibowli. I made few transactions in the month of february 2020 which got canceled because of some error appearing while using atm card but at the same time the money from my account got deducted and has not been recovered yet. The messages below i got after the money deduction where in the second message same amount of money got deducted twice. Kindly check and revert back as soon as possible.
