Indian Overseas Bank — didn't get money from atm but got deducted from my account

I am Chaithanya si here are the details about my bank

I tried taking amount on Saturday of this month from SBI ATM in udupi ...I didn't get the Amount it was 1400 but it got deducted from my account...since there is no vehicles available am not able to reach out to branch ..so kindly resolve this as earliest thanking you

I don’t have any account in your bank and but getting message saying your account was credited with amount please clear this fault

Iob has debited 177*12=4602 within 10 minutes i have to know what is the reason.. whe i go to my branch and ask to the manager he ia not responding well.. he is avaoiding me.. biggest fraud bank.. same issue happens to my father also whi has account in this stupid bank..
