Indian Overseas Bank — Dis Respectful Behaviour by Staff

I visited the Fort branch of Indian Overseas Bank today to clarify a transaction in the passbook for an account held by my father. The person who I spoke to is Mr Tiwari told me to first check with my father who is 80+ since I informed Mr. Tiwari that my father is an ex-banker. Then Mr. Tiwari poked fun and laughed how come after so many years of service my father does not know such stuff himself. When I took exception to this behaviour (laughing/scoofing), Mr. Tiwari first said what should he do then if not Laugh? Cry? When I countered him that I am a customer and need to be treated with respect I was told since the AC holder is my father I will not get any help.
I reached out to the Asst. Gen Ranjan Verma who helped me with my query. I also have informed Mr. Verma about the disrespectful behaviour by Mr. Tiwari.
