Respected sir/madam kindly due take my complaint as an serious issue due to the time of lock down my 2 personal EMI loan was dected from my bank account of iob on the date of 02/04/20 on Thursday in between the time of 12:59 and 1:17 two amount were duected from my account two time on behalf of my personal EMI loan ( But due to the lock down time the amount should not be duected from my bank account it has been occured ) so kindly take the nesseary step and please due register my complaint as serious issue
