On 30th September 2021 I tried to withdraw Rs.30, 000 from my IOB Account, I was not aware that my daily withdrawal limit was for Rs.20, 000 only. My third transaction of Rs.10, 000 was declined in both ICICI and HDFC ATM for daily limit. The Amount of Rs.10, 000 was debited in error and no refund was made. I did inform the IOB branch manager, they told me the refund will automatically process in 10 - 15 days. Then next when I reached them they asked me to give a letter, no response for the letter as well. Later a complaint was placed and now the complaint seems to be rejected. Can you please look into this issue and have the refund of Rs.10, 000 processed as soon as possible.
