[Resolved]  Indian Overseas Bank — govt. scheme loan

Sir, I have apply for mukhya mantri Suva sawrozgar yojana scheme m.p. but bank manager is ask me I am not accepted your loan agreement after 4 month apply application, government norms I am fulfill and applicable for this loan. government officer's and government is security give for this againts loan but bank manager mr.anurag nardoo is not accepted my application and he is fallow dictatorship. please help me because your decision depend on my future.thanks
