Indian Overseas Bank — I am complaining about deduction of my amount of 1649 on 29/10/2021

I have done payment at myntra app through my paytm account and amount of 1649 was deducted on 29/10/2021 and my order was not confirmed from myntra customer care and they asked they have returned my amount and I did not received my amount back, please resolved it asap
