Indian Overseas Bank — i'm complaining about the net banking payment which made twice

I made payment to the e-filing india website and the payment made twice instead of one time payment. I need refund the amount to me. First payment made was deliberately and the second was unknowingly. So, kindly resolve the issue and refund the amount to me. Thank you.

I ordered from zomato.. But didn't get my delivery. So they said my money will be refunded soon. But till now I didn't get my refund. They are saying to check with ur bank.. So here is my complaint.. When will I get my refund?
