Indian Overseas Bank — IMPS failed due to technical error but did not get credited to source or beneficiary account

I had done an IMPS transaction of 2 lakhs to my current account from my IOB Current account.

The IMPS Failed due to technical issues but neither did it get credited to beneficiary nor did it get credited back to source account.

Pls help as it's been more than a day, still the amount is not back

Team, there has been no update on this even after 3 days. The customer support is clueless about the situation and is of no support/help. What is the use of IMPS when it cant be instant. At least have the basic Banking Infra set up to return the amount debited due to a failed transaction back, immediately.

Their grievance portal is also of no use
