[Resolved] Indian Overseas Bank — Inadequate response from IOB.

My sister had deposited a cheque for $100 on 01/10/2013 to account no. [protected] in your branch at Butt Road. She has been visiting the bank a few times to find out whether the money has been credited into her account. She has always been told to return the next day and find out. It has been a month now and today too when she visited the bank they told her to return the next day. They are not telling her when the money will be credited into her account, or if it is getting delayed, why it is so. Hope that there would be a better and more appropriate response from the bank.
