Indian Overseas Bank — IOB Bank - UPI transactions are blocked

My UPI transactions are not working. I contacted my home branch multiple times and can't find solution. They always tell that my account was clear and there is no block in payments. But I the error will come often and can't make payments through any UPI apps. I tried contacting UPI apps customer service but they also confirmed that everything is good from app side and bank UPI services should be investigated. Gpay, Phonepe and Paytm are the used apps. Can't make any transactions in any of the apps mentioned.
