Indian Overseas Bank — IOB - UPI transactions are blocked

My UPI transactions are blocked and can't even payment of RS 1. My all UPI apps Gpay, phonepe and paytm are not making UPI payments. While contacting my home branch multiple times they stated that everything is clear from my bank side and told me to contact those third party apps customer service. I also contacted the customer service and they stated everything is ok from the app and there must be an issue with the bank account. I can't find solution for this UPI block. Please find solution for unblocking my UPI sevices
