Indian Overseas Bank — Money debited from account during ATM transaction,but money is not received

Address:Naini, Prayagraj,Uttar Pradesh

I did an ATM transaction today(11/10/2021) using my IOB debit card.That transaction failed, but ₹2000 debited from my account, which is not refunded till now.I need a refund within 24hrs.Please do the necessary steps, as soon as possible
