Here in iob - mugalivakkam - branch, chennai - tamilnadu, there is a nepali origin staff working as a customer service staff is very rude to customers who don't speak english. She is not a good listener and she makes fun on customers. She hates people who speak tamil and most of the customers felt very offensive.
My kind request is to train her to learn the local language or train her in at least of handling customers who don't speak english. Basic respect is mandatory to elders especially while working in front desk in the reputed bank such as iob.
