Reference account no sb [protected] Hi, i am dr sudhanshu kumar and have nro account in iob, roorkee. Address: station road, roorkee, uttarakhand 247667 Phone: +[protected] I had visited the branch in person on the month december 2019 and wanted the staff to activate my account and reactivate access to internet banking. The branch officer was unable to actives my account and input my address in the system. They could not active my on line banking either. Hence they forwarded the compliant and advised me that they will get in touch with my via email or phone. They have not done that so far. Now i am in australia still waiting for the above to happen and cannot physically visit the branch. This has caused me a lot of inconvenience in india and am fuming at the lack of professionalism by iob and their staff and very poor communication indeed I want your assistance asap as i need to access my account to make payments and transfer monies.
