I am an NRI customer having an account in Saidapet Branch in Chennai, Tamilnadu, India. I had been accessing my account through internet banking and used to receive OTP through my registered email ID but suddenly i stopped receiving OTP without any notice and now getting prompt that i need to change password to login and to change password i need OTP which is not coming. I have contacted the branch and NRI help team but no use. They say the account is activated but i am still not receiving the OTP via email or my registered phone number. I am tired of contacting them. Have sent so many emails but no response.
