Indian Overseas Bank — Refund by Amazon not yet received

Hello. I have purchased masks from Amazon which I have canceled for some valid reason. For that, I have not yet got my refund I contacted Amazon regarding my refund issue they told me the refund as be initiated on 24.01.2022 and asked to contact my bank but still, I haven't received my refund please do the needful to get my refund. Reference no #[protected]
