I was supposed to receive a refund for a cancelation of a flight from easemytrip.com. It was promised to be given on[protected]. Details : Booking id : emt66233502 Refund amount - 2271 Refund date[protected] Transaction reference id - 30001093539317149559493. I cannot see the refund processed to my account. After multiple complaints through bank and customer service still my mobile banking app is not working. It fails to recognize my registered mobile number.
I bus cancelled on September 03 I book my ticket throw redbus and using my ATM card they give me refund reference number[protected] but still my amount not received. Please give some solution for this sir still I m not receiving my amount RS.800 sir . please consider my comment and give some solution sir.

It indicates 177 Rs was deducted. I am shocked I didn't do anything but the amount was deducted plz refund my money.I feel not safe to IOB. If you don't refund I will close my account and create new account to another bank
